Q1    What if the item that I am interested in is not immediately available or require order placement

 

Upon order placement, Indosecrets will take immediate steps to get confirmation from our supplier on item availability. We will then advise you the availability in a separate email.

 

Your order is only confirm once we have receive payment from you.

 

Q2    How secured is Paypal. Can I trust them

 

Paypal (www.paypal.com) is an international recognised payment system used by millions of customers around the world. By using Paypal, you may choose to pay either through your Paypal account, credit cards, debit card or direct charge from your banking account (it depends on how you set up your paypal account).

 

Instead of giving details of your credit cards to us, you will be taken straight to Paypal website. Your payment details remain confidential to us. Hence you should worry free that you only deal with trustworthy payment system.

 

 

 

Q3 – What if I don’t have a Paypal account. How can I make a payment.

 

If you don’t have a Paypal account, you will be requested by Paypal to register for opening an account with them. The process is easy.

 

Alternatively, for whatever reason Paypal is not an option for you, you may request to make a direct telegraphic transfer directly to our account. However, kindly note that you have to bear all telegraphic transfer charges. The amount paid must be the exact amount of item  purchased as per invoice.

 

Q4    Do the purchase price covers delivery cost?.

 

         The purchase price only cover the cost of the item purchased and sales tax associated with the purchased.

 

         The price, does not covers

-        Shipment cost.

-        Import duties imposed by custom authority of your country

-        Insurance

 

Q5     How the item purchased could be delivered to me?.

 

         When you check out your shopping cart for payment, you would have an option to consider the following shipment mode

 

-        UPS

-        Alternative shipper

 

UPS

UPS programming interface has been embedded in our website. Upon selection and filling in delivery address, the system will calculate and advise you the shipping cost. Once you have agreed and make all necessary payment, a trekking number will be given to you so that you can tract your purchased item.

 

 

Alternative shipper

In the event that you wish to consider an alternative shipper, please feel free to contact us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . Please provide your cart number and delivery address. We will then contact several shippers to find the best solutions and rates for delivery of your item.

 

We will then advise you several options. Once you have agreed, Indosecrets will send you a Paypal invoice that shows the cost of items that you wish to purchase and shipping cost to your email. Items will be shipped once payment has been made.

 

 

Q6    How can I insure items that I bought to cover any unforeseen mishap during delivery of the item.

 

         We offer insurance coverage. Kindly indicate your requirement when you want to check out your shopping cart. Insurance fee of 3% will be added to the invoice.

 

 

Q7    What if I don’t like the item that I just bought and wish to return it.

 

You are required to inform us in writing within 7 days of receiving it. However it is important to take note the following

 

-        the returned item must be in perfect resaleable condition and return in the original box and pack to the standard that we sent you.

 

-        The cost of shipment shall be borne fully by the buyer.

 

In return, Indosecrets will refund the purchase price by crediting your credit card or debit card that was used for the purchase.

 

 

Q8     What if the item is damaged when we receive it.

 

         Kindly inform us in writing at customer services within 7 days of receiving it. Indosecrets, will be pleased to replace the faulty item at our expense.

 

         The buyer is required to return the faulty items back to us. We will reimburse the return cost. However, kindly agree the mode and cost of return shipment with us before shipping it.
